6 GROWING OLD wheat on the banks of SIÓ
The image corresponds to the plot·the conservation of ancient wheats in which we are trying 6 varieties this year. We did sow by hand, moment, the result is good. Among the varieties, Wheat is the White Segarra, formerly well known among confectioners.
The aim is to continue studying the flours that go and gradually increase the quantities of seed so they can be returned to arable. Bit by bit.
