Wheat Day 2011
For three years, we are recovering more than a dozen ancient wheats grown to mid-twentieth century in the province of Lleida near Plan. Sunday 3 July, Sega will beat them and, in a day will feature workshops, meals and songs related to the culture of cereals and bread. We say 'Wheat Day’ The Hear and be in Zion (La Noguera).
